Kevin Gilday
President
Kevin established his design & construction business in New York in 1976. Three years later, he relocated the business to the Washington DC area to take advantage of the thriving home renovation market.
He is an accomplished designer and project leader. He supervises a talented, award winning team of architectural designers, interior designers, and builders that provides well-conceived design and construction services for his clients.
Kevin has an eye for detail and a keen sense of the possibilities within a remodeled space. He has helped develop inventive design solutions for many clients.
His analytical nature proves very successful when solving difficult remodeling problems as well as managing the business of residential remodeling. He has been instrumental in developing the systems and supports that provide the company a sound foundation from which to design and build its award winning projects.
Kevin designed, drafted, and managed the project that won the company its first National CotY Award in 1987 for a home addition on a Washington DC residence. The company has continued to receive awards each year since then including prestigious national awards in 2020 and 2022.
Kevin is a Green Certified Remodeler. He resides in Kensington with his wife, Kathy who is an architectural designer.
