Gilday Renovations is looking for an experienced Carpenter Foreman who is prepared to excel in a high-end residential design-build environment where superb craftsmanship and project management are recognized and rewarded. The best Carpenter Foremen are true craftsmen. They are three-dimensional thinkers. They are like hands-on architects. They can imagine what they are building and the problems they will encounter before they encounter them. During the layout period, for example, a carpenter may alert the architect and project manager to details in the construction drawings that could be modified to better achieve the architect’s vision. If there is more than one way to approach a construction detail, you will explain the choices to the Project Manager before a decision is made.
