## Design Is the Heartbeat

For Gilday Renovations, residential design build (in the Washington DC metro area) is about seamless integration of all resources, people and processes involved in a complex home renovations project.  At Gilday, design is the heart beat of the entire process.  Smart designers are of course essential for success during the conception and planning phase of a custom remodeling project.  Gilday interior designers and architects continue to consult with the client and the project foreman once construction is under way.  So no detail is left untended.

## No Detail Left Untended

The other essential part of integrated design build is craftsmanship and construction management.  Our craftsmen are all about details as are the designers.  They take those ideas and plans and make them real for the client.  The beauty of the process is that all parties are engaged and mutually supportive.  Architect, interior designer, craftsman and construction supervisor--all are there to serve the client and the project vision.

The **integrated [design build](http://gildayrenovations.com/about/design-build-process)** process, as practiced by Gilday Renovations, is one in which all the key players share a common vision and way of working.  They are engaged in that process every day on every project.  It guarantees that custom renovation projects like this kitchen addition will in every way fulfill great expectations.
