The homeowners loved the location of this Spring Valley home but felt it lacked the visual appeal and amenities they required. The main floor layout was full of dead ends-it didn't flow well. The upper level was cramped. They decided to give this 70's rancher an entirely new look inside and out.

The old addition was torn down and replaced with a stylish great room that opens to the pool/patio. The front entry was completely re-designed. Upstairs, two bedrooms adjoined by a bath were reconfigured to make a spacious master suite and luxury bath. Designers gained the headroom and floor space needed to accommodate a master suite by cutting-in dormers and raising the roof.
