NARI 2004 Merit Award for Addition $100,000 to $250,000

Here we have a classic kitchen breakfast room addition.

The clients did not want the new addition to intrude on their already small back yard.

So, when we tore down an existing small addition, we re-built it in such a way as to keep the footprint pretty close to the original. But our floor plan allowed for a much better use of space.

The powder room and stairs were moved out to give more room to the kitchen proper. The position of the door to the yard was also moved and the porch was added.
