Estimator

Detail oriented person with a minimum of five years experience in Timberline Estimating Software. Responsible for estimating mulitple high-end residential renovation projects ranging from $100k to $1M.  Benefits and salary commensurate with experience.

Project Manager

Detail oriented person with ability to oversee multiple high-end residential projects. Minimum ten years experience in project management, scheduling, quality control and construction. MS Excel a must. Benefits and salary commensurate with experience.

Carpenter/Foreman

Must have top-notch residential remodeling skills. Minimum ten years experience . Ability to think through all the details of a project. Responsible for progress and quality control on assigned projects start to finish. Salary plus benefits $20/30 per hour based on experience. Bonus incentive structure for all lead carpenters based on timely completion of projects.
